What is the quickest way to get hold of you?

Phone. Ring 07446 031428 and you will get an answer or a call straight back. Anything urgent — a tree down, a limb hanging up — should always be a phone call rather than a form.

What should I have ready when I call?

Roughly where you are, roughly how big the tree is compared with the house, what is underneath it, and whether there is vehicle access to the back. That is enough for us to know what to bring. You do not need to know the species, and you certainly do not need to know what work it needs — that is our job.

Can I send photographs?

Please do — email them to kevinlee101@icloud.com with your postcode. A photo taken far enough back to show the whole tree next to the house tells us more than a close-up of the trunk, and a second shot showing the access route to the garden is genuinely useful.

What are your hours?

We are on site Monday to Saturday and answer the phone from early. Quotes can usually be done in the evening if that suits you better, and emergency call-outs happen outside normal hours — ring and we will do what we can.
